Payment Policies
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Appointment Policies
In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call us promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance.
To cancel appointments, please call (978) 486-3101. If you do not reach the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on voice mail. If you would like to reschedule, please leave a number where you can be reached that day.
If you are 10 minutes late or more for your appointment, you will have to reschedule or, if there is a later time available, you can wait.
