Renovation Updates!

Renovation Update: We are officially moving into Phase 2 of our renovations, starting Monday, March 3rd!

Effective immediately, when arriving at the hospital, please call or text us so we can direct you into the building. We appreciate your patience as we adjust to our new temporary setup.

What to Expect:

  • We’ve transitioned into our “wings” and are using this week to refine our workflow before losing access to the middle portion of the building.
  •  By March 3rd, we expect to have everything ironed out for a more seamless experience!

Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to improve our hospital for you and your pets!

Exciting news—Phase 2 of our renovations starts March 3rd!

Heads up: On Wednesday, February 19th, we’ll be in a temporary blackout period while transitioning our network and phone system. We will not be able to take calls, emails, or messages that day.

Need anything for your pet? Give us a call before February 18th! We expect to be back to normal by February 20th, but we’ll post any updates here and on our website.

Thanks for your patience—we can’t wait to share our improvements with you!

We are paws-itively thrilled to announce that we are renovating! Renovations officially start November 5, 2024.

Reminder: we are still using curbside service for technician appointments.

Our building was originally built in the 1960s-70s, and our team moved into the middle portion in the late 1970s-early 80s. It's now time for a modern update to continue providing the high-quality care your pets deserve!

We are eager to provide a better layout by adding five new exam rooms making that eight total for the hospital. We'll also be introducing an exotics ward, updating the cat room, expanding the dental and surgical prep area, and creating a new surgical prep/storage room for our staff.

Additionally, the back and upstairs of the building will transform into offices and additional storage, and we're introducing species-specific boarding rooms for cats, birds, and reptiles/small mammals, along with a separate wildlife room equipped with its own entry and exit for wildlife rehabilitation.

The old boarding area downstairs will become a breakroom with an open office area for our Veterinarians and Hospital Manager. We're also moving and updating the reception desk to make more room for radiology, and we'll be upgrading to new central air and internet systems!

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. We will continue to update you as we move along and can’t wait to see you and your pets in our updated space!
